Yearbooks will be on sale from  February 7th to February 28th. The price is $30.  Please send payment in the envelope that your child brings home, or in an envelope with your child’s name, teacher’s name, and YEARBOOK written on it.

Tennessee early educator of the year
Tanya Howard, a kindergarten teacher at Smithville Elementary, has been recognized by Tennesseans for Quality Early Education as one of 20 winners of the first annual Tennessee Early Educator Awards. These awards honor exceptional early childhood educators, elevate the profession, and highlight the critical role of early care and education for Tennessee children, families, and communities. Mrs. Tanya has been awarded a $1000 cash prize, $1000 shopping spree at Lakeshore Learning, all expenses paid trip to Nashville, and other fun gifts and prizes.
